Bookings for all your restaurants, in one place

Every venue keeps its own booking page, its own hours and its own staff. You see them all from one account, and you pick the plan each venue actually needs.

What breaks when you run more than one venue

How it actually works

One booking page per venue

Each restaurant gets its own address and its own form, for its own website or its Google profile. Guests never mix up one venue with another.

Hours and covers per venue

Time slots, capacity per slot, closures and rest days are set venue by venue. What works downtown does not work by the sea.

Separate staff access

Each venue has its own waiter logins: from their phone they see and confirm only their own restaurant bookings, and they never enter WordPress.

Discounts and rules per venue

Off-peak discounts, the no-show guarantee and prepayments are decided for each single venue.

Events and classes per venue

Evenings, cooking classes and tickets are created on the venue that hosts them, with its own capacity and its own dates.

Every venue under one account

Your panel lists your restaurants with the status and plan of each one, and you get into any of them without switching login.

What is not there yet

There is no single report adding up the numbers of all your venues yet: statistics are read venue by venue. We would rather say it here than let you find out later.

How you start

  1. Open the first venue and try it properly: fourteen days, no credit card.
  2. Move the main venue to Gold: that is what opens venues beyond the first.
  3. Add the other restaurants: each one gets its own page, its own settings and the plan it needs.
  4. Put the form on each venue website, or the link in its Google profile.

How it is paid, plainly

Each venue pays its own full plan: there are no discounts based on how many venues you have, and that is not the point. The point is that two venues in the same group often do different things, and here each one gets what it needs instead of the same fee for all. If you are a group and need a dedicated project, write to us.
