Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using mee-table ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. Operated by Breed Art Studios (KVK 62903632), Het Laagt 178, 1025GL Amsterdam, Netherlands ("mee-tableĀ®").
2. Service
A booking-management platform, staff dashboard, capacity management, and optional deposit protection. Flat subscription fee, zero per-booking commissions.
3. Billing
14-day free trial. Paid plans (Stripe/PayPal) auto-renew until cancelled via dashboard. No partial refunds unless legally required.
4. Responsibilities
You are responsible for account security, accurate data, and legal compliance (including consumer refund laws).
5. Reservations/Deposits
The booking contract is between the restaurant and the guest. mee-table provides only the technical infrastructure for managing reservations and payments. Configuring cancellation policies, handling refunds, fiscal compliance of deposits, and any disputes or chargebacks with end customers remain the sole and exclusive responsibility of the partner restaurant.
6. IP
"mee-tableĀ®" is a registered trademark. Software remains the exclusive property of Breed Art Studios.
7. Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change.
8. Liability
Maximum liability limited to the last 3 months of subscription fees. Not liable for indirect losses or guest disputes.
9. Termination
Cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts for breaches or non-payment.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
11. Changes
Updates communicated via email or dashboard.
